All sales are final. Because these are digital products, we can’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been sent or downloaded.

Why are refunds not available

Digital files are delivered instantly and can’t be returned the way a physical item can. Once it’s on your device, there’s no way for us to take it back.

If something goes wrong

I still want you to have a good experience, so reach out at softpetalcrochet@gmail.com if:

• Your download link hasn’t arrived within 24 hours
• The file won’t open or seems corrupted
• you accidentally bought the same pattern twice in one transaction

Before purchasing

Take a minute to read the product description so you know exactly what you’re getting. Make sure you have the right software, like a PDF reader, to open the file.
