No Physical Shipping
Thank you for shopping with Soft Petal Crochet. Please note that all items available in our store are digital downloads only. We do not ship physical products, yarn, or finished crochet items to a physical address.
How Delivery Works
Once your payment is confirmed, your digital files will be delivered in two ways:

On-Screen Link: A download link will appear immediately on the checkout "Thank You" page.

Email Delivery: An automated email containing the download link will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Accessing Your Files

Files are typically delivered in PDF format.

We recommend downloading your files to a laptop or desktop computer, as some mobile devices can have difficulty saving large PDF files directly from a browser.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
Refunds & Exchanges
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital pattern and not a finished physical item.

If you do not see your download email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
